Key Responsibilities
- Operate a 48,000LB vehicle for deliveries and product pickup in local areas.
- Perform thorough pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections, ensuring safety equipment and controls are in proper working order. Report any safety issues.
- Adhere to assigned delivery schedules and follow all job directives.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and colleagues to ensure timely and professional task completion.
- Maintain productivity standards to ensure timely customer service.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Skills and Expertise
- Class 1 HGV Driver (Category C+E)
- Class 1 driver experience
- Clean driving licence
- Verifiable references
