• Working with children in the nursery and reception.
• Supporting colleagues and working as a team.
• Providing a homely, stable, and stimulating environment.
• Helping to develop children’s learning and abilities (literacy, numeracy, phonics).
• Monitoring children’s progress.

Skills and Expertise

• Level 3 childcare qualification.
• 2 years’ experience in a nursery setting.
• Confident in preparing and delivering high-quality activities aligned with EYFS outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Recent and relevant experience.
• Confident and encouraging approach.
• Reliable.
