Leisure Club Assistant – Ipswich
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the club is always presented in the appropriate condition, ensuring the correct daily, weekly and monthly checks are being completed.
- Achieving new member sales, renewals and net membership growth metrics.
- Supporting the Club Management Team in relation to local marketing initiatives to drive New Member Sales, Membership Headcount and the Clubs position in the community.
- Demonstrating a pro-active approach to Health & Safety and support the Club Management Team relating to the Sustainable Safety Group (SSG) audit.
- Undertaking cash handling duties and submitting to hotel finance.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in the leisure/fitness/spa wellness industry (desirable, but not essential).
- Pool Water Safety Qualification (desirable)
- First Aid at Work Qualification (desirable)
- CIMSPA fitness professional qualification (desirable)
- Health & Fitness/Leisure Industry Qualification (desirable)
