Construction Labour Supply
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading metals, materials, and equipment.
- Perform general site maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks as needed.
- Maintain an organised workspace.
Skills and Expertise
- Previous labouring experience (advantageous but not essential).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg).
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Strong communication skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Valid driver’s licence (preferred but not mandatory).
