- Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality food.
- Meet kitchen targets with team.
- Support food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
- Maintain adherence to branded menu standards.
- Ensure team complies with health and hygiene regulations.

- Proven experience in leading kitchen teams.
- Strong communication and training skills.
