Kitchen Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Cook in meal planning and preparation.
- Ensure meals are appealing, nutritious, and meet residents’ preferences and dietary needs.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen facilities.
- Contribute to exceeding resident expectations during mealtimes.
Skills and Expertise
- Food preparation and handling experience
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and preferences
- Ability to plan and execute meal preparation
- Understanding of hygiene standards in food preparation
