Kitchen Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all food preparation and catering adheres to Health and Safety and Food Standard regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are immaculately clean, including washing up crockery and utensils.

Skills and Expertise

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Hardworking, positive attitude, willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to deadlines.
