Kitchen Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all food preparation and catering adheres to Health and Safety and Food Standard regulations.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are immaculately clean, including washing up crockery and utensils.
Skills and Expertise
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Hardworking, positive attitude, willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to deadlines.
