Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
- Delivering 14 great shifts.
- Ensuring daily prep is completed.
- Preparing dishes to spec.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience working with fresh ingredients.
- Strong chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
- Strong knowledge of best practice for allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
