Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
  • Ensuring daily prep is complete.
  • Preparing dishes to specification.

Skills and Expertise

  • Experience working with fresh ingredients.
  • Strong chef/kitchen skills (food prep, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene).
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of Allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety.
