Junior Sous Chef – Cheshire
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
- Ensuring daily prep is completed.
- Preparing dishes to specification.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience working with fresh ingredients.
- Strong chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene).
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens, and kitchen essentials.
