Junior Customer Support Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Providing training on software and products, primarily virtually.
- Assisting with general customer support tasks.
- Creating support documentation and manuals.

- Good background in maths and physics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent understanding of scientific and technical English.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Virtual software knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with virtual/product training (desired).
- International experience (desired).
- Familiarity with sampling theory and cybernetics (desired).
- Interest in earth science (desired).
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux and networking (IP/Wi-Fi/GSM/serial) (desired).
- Programming knowledge (desired).
- Experience supporting an international client base (desired).
- Engineering/Science degree or equivalent (desired).
- Research environment experience (desired).
