IT Service Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a multi-site IT environment within a matrix management organization
- Providing ICT helpdesk/support, ideally in an education establishment
- Diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues (e.g., hard drives, laptops, software errors)
- Managing Active Directory & Exchange users
- Managing complex technical projects
- Working with third-party contractors and solution providers
- Upgrading applications such as SIMS.net
Skills and Expertise
- Significant experience managing a multi-site IT environment
- ICT helpdesk/support experience, preferably in education
- Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Active Directory & Exchange user management expertise
- Complex technical project management experience
- Working with third-party contractors and solutions providers
- Experience upgrading applications like SIMS.net
- In-depth knowledge of Audio-Visual technologies
