Internal Sales Executive – Flintshire

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and needs analysis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Present and explain the benefits of services in a clear and compelling manner
  • Generate warm leads and qualify them to an opportunity to close and sign up to service
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams for seamless transition from prospect to satisfied client
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or similar outbound calling role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment, balancing office and remote work effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive and resilient attitude with willingness to learn and grow within the company
