Internal Sales Executive – Flintshire
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and needs analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Present and explain the benefits of services in a clear and compelling manner
- Generate warm leads and qualify them to an opportunity to close and sign up to service
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams for seamless transition from prospect to satisfied client
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or similar outbound calling role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment, balancing office and remote work effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive and resilient attitude with willingness to learn and grow within the company
