Internal Exclusion Reset Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinating internal isolations, liaising with parents, students, and staff.
- Supervising the Reset room, ensuring student behaviour meets high standards.
- Providing work and resources to support student progress in Reset.
- Liaising with teaching staff to facilitate successful return to lessons.
- Working closely with Heads of Year and the wider pastoral team.
Skills and Expertise
- Strong team player, hardworking, and enthusiastic.
- Experience supervising and managing students.
- Ability to develop supportive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Experience co-ordinating learning resources.
- Motivated to work with students to improve behaviour and reintegration into lessons.
