Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, performance, and compliance.
• Work with clients to develop and implement HR strategies supporting business goals.
• Advise on and manage employee relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances).
• Deliver HR projects improving workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Stay updated on employment law changes and ensure client policy compliance.
• Provide insights through data analysis to support strategic HR decisions.

Skills and Expertise

• Proven experience in HR, ideally in a consultancy or multi-client role.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification (or above) desirable.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and UK employment law.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to client sites.
