HR Consultant Gloucestershire
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, performance, and compliance.
- Work with clients to develop and implement HR strategies supporting business goals.
- Advise on and manage employee relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances).
- Deliver HR projects improving workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Stay updated on employment law changes and ensure client policy compliance.
- Provide insights through data analysis to support strategic HR decisions.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience in HR, ideally in a consultancy or multi-client role.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or above) desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and UK employment law.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to client sites.
