Key Responsibilities
- Providing professional advice, direction, and consultation to leadership on people matters.
- Implementing the business’ agreed people plans to improve functional performance.
- Delivering clear change management guidance.
- Understanding and upholding company culture.
- Supporting the creation and development of the growing organization.
- Inducting and upskilling leaders.
- Supporting ongoing performance and talent management of the workforce.
- Contributing to the project’s success by developing and delivering processes and best practices.
- Supporting the employment model required for future project success.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience working with diverse senior management teams (HRBP level or senior HR Advisor).
- Experience in strategic planning, coaching, and consultation.
- Ability to set business priorities, drive values, and deliver business results.
- Supporting teams to become future-ready.
- Understanding skills requirements and strategic workforce planning.
- Knowledge of cost and agility for the future and succession planning.
- Proven ability to work effectively as a leader and self-starter.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive relationships within the HR function and across the organization.
- Experience as a graduate/associate member of CIPD (preferred).
