People Advisor
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support across onboarding, compensation, and employee management.
- Advise clients on employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance improvement.
- Manage employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Deliver HR projects that drive people development and improve workplace culture.
- Stay updated on employment laws and ensure client policies are compliant.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven HR experience, ideally in a consultancy or multi-client setting.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or above) is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
