Housekeeping Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to maintain cleanliness and laundry standards in the home.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring hotel service standards.
- Perform all cleaning duties according to worksheet instructions.
- Understand cleaning requirements for various surfaces, coverings, and cleaning materials, ensuring areas are well-maintained.
- Treat residents with dignity and respect, respecting their personal space and belongings.
Skills and Expertise
- Knowledge of Health and Safety, including Moving and Handling, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
- Experience cleaning laundry in a public setting.
- Compassion and commitment to delivering high-quality housekeeping/laundry service.
