Housekeeper – Greater Manchester
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning all communal areas thoroughly daily, including polishing, dusting, hovering, and sparkle cleans of apartments for move-ins.
- Ensuring lifts are kept clean and panels streak-free.
- Maintaining an open, friendly, and helpful approach to resident requests, focusing on exceptional customer service.
- Emptying, cleaning, and replacing external ashtrays in non-combustible containers.
- Providing guidance and assistance to residents while maintaining the highest levels of customer care.
- Immediately reporting any Health & Safety issues to your line manager.
- Completing daily cleaning checklists promptly.
- Maintaining a clean and organized supply of cleaning materials.
- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Providing utility readings as required by residents.
Skills and Expertise
- Previous experience as a housekeeper or cleaner in hospitality or large-scale residential property.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative, while following instructions and rules.
- High standards in cleanliness and customer service.
- Strong time management skills for working in a fast-paced environment.
