Key Responsibilities
- Articulate a vision for the hotel, embedding new values and narrating progress.
- Lead and inspire the team toward shared goals.
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including guest and employee satisfaction.
- Drive financial performance, sales, and revenue generation.
- Deliver a strong return on investment.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven track record in operating large, multifaceted hotels (M&E, Leisure & Spa).
- Experience in developing and implementing successful concepts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Passion for driving top-line performance.
- Ability to identify potential opportunities and challenges, and devise effective strategies.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of hotel operations (commercial and financial).
- Understanding of delivering exceptional customer experiences and online reputation.
- Visibility within the property, balancing autonomy and accountability.
- Creating a culture focused on delivering high customer scores.
