  • Deliver a strong return on investment.

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven track record in operating large, multifaceted hotels (M&E, Leisure & Spa).
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful concepts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Passion for driving top-line performance.
  • Ability to identify potential opportunities and challenges, and devise effective strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of hotel operations (commercial and financial).
  • Understanding of delivering exceptional customer experiences and online reputation.
  • Visibility within the property, balancing autonomy and accountability.
  • Creating a culture focused on delivering high customer scores.
