Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams effectively in the absence of the General Manager.
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Create a positive guest experience, focusing on first impressions.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
- Supervise and support Front of House and Back of House staff.
- Ensure high-quality food production.
- Manage kitchen team efficiently.
- Provide support to team members when needed.
- Maintain accurate admin and cash management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Act as a mentor and role model.
- Seek personal development to progress to General Manager.
