Hospitality Assistant Oxfordshire

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with meal service in resident rooms or dining rooms.
• Ensuring water/drink jugs are regularly refilled.
• Setting up and clearing tables before and after lunch service.
• Maintaining temperature records of fridges and service stations.
• Maintaining a professional and stocked Bistro.
• Attending to resident needs not related to care (e.g., opening/closing curtains, changing TV channels).

Skills and Expertise

• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxurious setting.
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to provide excellent service.
• Customer service experience, including building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
