Home Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Managing administrative systems and processes
- Supporting the Home Manager in running services
- Maintaining financial records and preparing reports
- Administering Time & Attendance, payroll, and HR information
- Prioritizing Resident wellbeing
Skills and Expertise
- IT and Administration qualifications (e.g., ECDL)
- Admin or secretarial support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Kindness and consideration in interactions
- Ability to recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do
- Commitment to safeguarding training and procedures
