Key Responsibilities

  • Managing administrative systems and processes to support effective home management.
  • Maintaining financial records and preparing reports.
  • Administering Time & Attendance system and processing payroll and HR information, keeping resident well-being central.

Skills and Expertise

  • IT and Administration qualification (e.g., ECDL).
  • Admin or secretarial support experience in a busy office.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Kindness, positive energy, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
