Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring smooth and efficient running of the home’s administration across all aspects.
  • Working collaboratively with the Home Manager and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Carrying out administrative duties in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Supporting the Home Manager in achieving company aims and objectives.
  • Handling day-to-day operational activities to maintain smooth home operations.
  • Participating in and undertaking duties that encourage supportive communication.
  • Creating value-based and people-centric marketing initiatives.
  • Fostering and engaging in personal and colleague training for team development.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date Human Resource duties.
  • Maintaining strict compliance with Health and Safety tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.

  • Highly self-motivated with a purpose to provide the best service.
  • Respectful and caring attitude, acknowledging resident personal choices.
  • Excellent numeracy and numerical skills.
  • Experienced with MS Office Suite.
