Home Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth and efficient running of the home’s administration across all aspects.
- Working collaboratively with the Home Manager and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Carrying out administrative duties in a professional and friendly manner.
- Supporting the Home Manager in achieving company aims and objectives.
- Handling day-to-day operational activities to maintain smooth home operations.
- Participating in and undertaking duties that encourage supportive communication.
- Creating value-based and people-centric marketing initiatives.
- Fostering and engaging in personal and colleague training for team development.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date Human Resource duties.
- Maintaining strict compliance with Health and Safety tasks.
