Key Responsibilities

• Loads, collects, and delivers accident-damaged vehicles.
• Conducts internal and external checks on trucks and equipment.
• Reports defects, photographs damage, and inspects vehicles.
• Complies with legal and company requirements for professional driving.
• Operates vehicle and loading equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follows all Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Skills and Expertise

• HGV Licence Class 1 or Class 2
• Current CPC
• Understanding of EC Drivers Hours and Working Time regulations
• Driving experience in rural and urban environments
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Handheld device proficiency
• Basic IT application experience
• Adaptability and organizational skills
• (Preferred) Car transportation or recovery experience
