Catfoss Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a specialist heating company to recruit a permanent Heat Pump Installer for their expanding Midlands team. The company provides design, supply, installation, service, and maintenance of ground, air, and water source heat pump systems and related distribution systems (underfloor heating and radiators).

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all installation and maintenance works, including underfloor heating, radiator, TRV, pipework, and heat pump-related tasks, to a standard expected of a qualified fitter, as directed by Senior Engineers/Managers.
• Adhere to method statements, company standards, and relevant legislation during installation works.

Skills and Expertise

• Proven experience installing air/ground source heat pumps and associated systems (pipework, radiators, etc.)
• NVQ/C&G Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent and demonstrable work experience.
• Unvented ticket
• CSCS or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of best practices and technical updates for the products and services supplied.
• Ability to assist with Project, Service, and Maintenance Administration.

Health & Safety

• Comply with all company and legislative health & safety procedures.
• Report on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other equipment.
• Conduct on-site risk assessments as needed.
• Attend all required training sessions.

Training

• Actively participate in and complete all required company and non-company training courses to enhance installation skills.
