Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance: Support clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and safe movement around their homes.
• Medication Support: Ensure clients take prescribed medications according to care plans.
• Meal Preparation and Feeding: Assist with preparing meals, providing feeding assistance, and adhering to clients’ dietary requirements.
• Companionship and Emotional Support: Provide companionship, reduce loneliness, offer emotional support, and engage in activities to promote mental well-being.
• Health Monitoring: Observe and monitor clients’ health, document care activities in the Roundsy system, and report any changes to the team leader.
• Light Domestic Duties: Perform light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and ensuring a safe and tidy home environment.
• Compliance and Safeguarding: Maintain confidentiality, adhere to ECC care procedures, safeguarding policies, and health and safety regulations.
