Skills and Expertise

• Strong leadership skills in a computer science department.
• Experience in managing and motivating staff.
• Proven ability to achieve excellent student results.
• Understanding of the Academy Development Plan.
• Knowledge of effective teaching methodologies, such as explicit/direct instruction (Rosenshine and Engelmann), Walkthrus, and TLAC 3.0 techniques.
