Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, collaborate, and support direct reports to deliver exceptional standards.
- Build positive relationships and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop team members through mentoring, training, and recognition.
- Foster a culture of excellence, pushing boundaries in service, food standards, and innovation.
- Achieve business-critical KPIs, including Health & Safety, Sustainability, Financial, and Governance targets.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
- Passion for food and creating exceptional experiences.
- Proven experience in managing, training, and supporting a team.
- Financially astute with budget management and commercial performance skills.
- Strong coaching, delegation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to challenges with a solution-oriented perspective.
- Strong strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills.
