Head Chef – Lancashire
Key Responsibilities
- Making each dish to spec in a clean and safe kitchen.
- Completing all prep and par for each shift.
- Ensuring all customers leave happy.
- Working from a flexible all-day menu.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience working with fresh ingredients.
- Strong chef/kitchen skills (food prep, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene).
- Excellent work ethic and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage through clear KPIs and make decisions considering labour, stock, and food safety.
- Experience reporting on various metrics (GPs, labour/house, food preparation).
- Successful experience delivering training and recruiting kitchen teams (Apprentices, KPs, Chefs, Junior Sous Chefs, Sous Chefs).
