Key Responsibilities
- Skilled preparation of complex Grill dishes and specialties.
- Kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role.
- Training and supervision of Commi Chefs and junior kitchen staff.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in preparing authentic high-quality Grill dishes and specialties.
- Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring, and formulation.
- Industrial training in a world-renowned culinary/hospitality institute.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Specialist Grill Chef role.
- Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in escalating job roles.
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and HACCP protocols.
- Performance, achievement, and results-driven.
- Eye for detail, able to work well with others.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about culinary excellence.
- Hardworking, fastidious, and conscientious.

Job Facilities/Benefits
- Circa 35,000 + gross OTE salary package (incl. share of service charge + targeted bonus).
- 48 hours/5 days per week.
