• Maintaining grounds to a high standard
• Creating appealing and comfortable outdoor spaces for residents
• Ensuring the safety of residents and staff

Skills and Expertise

• Garden maintenance and upkeep experience
• Experience in care home settings (preferred)
• Good basic education, including GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with residents, colleagues, and contractors
• Multi-tasking abilities and strong problem-solving skills
• Team player with a commitment to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
