Fundraising and Engagement Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining effective communication with Trust staff and external charity supporters using various platforms.
- Administering donations and thanking supporters promptly and efficiently.
- Acting as the first point of contact, dealing with enquiries and providing excellent stakeholder and donor experience.
- Creating a positive, enthusiastic, and professional supporter care culture.
- Ensuring supporter records are accurately maintained and up-to-date, including gift aid declarations and communication preferences.
- Acting as a charity ambassador in the community to engage support and raise awareness.
- Creating and maintaining supporter records and producing reports to inform new developments and review trends.
- Managing sensitive data and understanding data consent.
- Supporting the Head of Charity and Volunteers in securing new and existing supporters.
- Supporting with internal and external fundraising and awareness events, potentially involving travel.
- Supporting the Head of Charity and Volunteers in creating engaging communications (social media, email, website, internal platforms).
- Ensuring safe collection, transportation, and depositing of donations.
- Managing fundraising materials stock and distribution.
- Supporting the Head of Charity and Volunteers with creative content production, including case studies for press releases.
Skills and Expertise
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
