Front of House Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the management team in maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to every customer.
- Maintaining a strong presence to set the pace for the team.
- Focusing on exceeding expectations and achieving high standards.
- Taking initiative to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Acting as a point of contact for the local community.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role (previous Supervisor, Team Leader, or Front of House Team Member).
- Background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
- Experience serving food and drinks.
- Passion for hospitality.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in sales building, sales and labor forecasting, paperwork and reporting.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes, and NPS.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong literacy skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
