Front of House Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting management team in maintaining high standards.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
- Leading from the front, setting high performance standards for the team.
- Ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Focusing on achieving excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining high standards across all aspects of the Lounge’s operations.
- Being proactive and detail-oriented to achieve high-quality results.
- Being responsible for the Lounge to become the go-to spot for the local community.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Front of House team member.
- Background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
- Experience working in a bar environment, including serving and food/drink preparation.
- Passion for hospitality.
- Strong drive and ability to overcome challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and rapport building.
- Strong literacy skills and attention to detail, with experience in KPI reporting.
- Knowledge of sales building, sales and labor forecasts, paperwork, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
