Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the management team to maintain high standards in the lounge.
- Delivering 14 great shifts with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Leading from the front, setting the pace for the team to deliver on time, every time.
- Ensuring the lounge is the place to go for the local community.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Front of House team member.
- Experience in bar environment, food and drink preparation.
- Passion for hospitality.
- Driven and resilient in overcoming challenges.
- Strong literacy and attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work with limited supervision.
- Knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork, recruitment, HR and NPS.
