Front of House Supervisor – North Yorkshire
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the management team in maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Leading a team of front of house staff to deliver high-quality service.
- Setting the pace and ensuring timely service delivery to customers.
- Ensuring the Lounge maintains a high standard for the local community.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Front of House Team Member in a restaurant, bar, cafe, or coffee shop environment.
- Experience in serving food and drinks and handling bar operations.
- Strong hospitality skills.
- Driven and resilient in handling challenges and obstacles.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport and trust.
- Strong literacy skills and attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
- Understanding of sales building, forecasting, paperwork, recruitment, HR, and NPS.
