Front of House Supervisor – North Somerset
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting management team to maintain high standards.
- Delivering exceptional customer service on 14 shifts.
- Leading the team to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ensuring the Lounge is the preferred local community venue.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or experienced Front of House team member.
- Background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
- Bar experience including food and drinks preparation.
- Passion for hospitality.
- Strong drive and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reporting on KPIs.
- Understanding of sales building, sales and labour forecasting, paperwork, recruitment, and NPS.
