Front of House Supervisor – Merseyside
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the management team in maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
- Leading a team of front of house staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Setting high standards and motivating the team to meet targets.
- Maintaining a customer-focused approach, ensuring all customers leave happy.
- Managing daily operations and ensuring adherence to procedures.
- Overseeing detail-oriented tasks and avoiding compromise.
- Contributing to the Lounges reputation as a community hub.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in a bar or hospitality environment, serving food and drinks.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
- Knowledge of sales building, sales and labour forecasting, paperwork, and reporting.
- Experience in recruitment and HR.
- Understanding of Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
