Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the management team in maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
  • Leading a team of front of house staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Setting high standards and motivating the team to meet targets.
  • Maintaining a customer-focused approach, ensuring all customers leave happy.
  • Managing daily operations and ensuring adherence to procedures.
  • Overseeing detail-oriented tasks and avoiding compromise.
  • Contributing to the Lounges reputation as a community hub.

Skills and Expertise

  • Experience in a bar or hospitality environment, serving food and drinks.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
  • Knowledge of sales building, sales and labour forecasting, paperwork, and reporting.
  • Experience in recruitment and HR.
  • Understanding of Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
