Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the management team to maintain high standards in the lounge.
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service during 14 shifts per week.
- Setting high performance standards for the team, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintaining meticulous attention to detail to exceed customer expectations.
- Ensuring the lounge is a top choice for the local community.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or front of house team member in a hospitality setting (restaurants, bars, cafes, coffee shops).
- Experience working in a bar environment, including food and drink preparation.
- Passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect with guests.
- Strong work ethic and ability to overcome challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities.
- Strong knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasting, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS.
- Proficient literacy skills and meticulous attention to detail for KPI reporting.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
