Front of House Supervisor – Hampshire
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the management team to maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Delivering excellent customer experiences across 14 shifts.
- Leading from the front, setting a high pace for the team.
- Ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintaining high standards of detail and quality.
- Improving the local community’s experience by ensuring the Lounge is the place to go.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Front of House team member.
- Background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
- Experience in a bar environment, serving food and drinks preparation.
- Passion for hospitality.
- Driven and resilient in overcoming challenges.
- Strong literacy skills and attention to detail for KPI reporting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of best practices in sales building, sales and labour forecasting, paperwork, recruitment and HR, and NPS.
