Front of House Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the management team in maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Leading by example, setting a high pace for the team to ensure timely service delivery.
- Ensuring attention to detail to maintain the Lounge as a premier destination for the local community.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in a bar or hospitality environment, including food and drink preparation.
- Proven ability to lead teams and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including sales building, forecasting, reporting, and recruitment.
- Excellent attention to detail for KPI reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
