Front of House Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the management team in maintaining exceptional customer experience.
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver high-quality service.
- Setting high standards for punctuality and efficiency.
- Ensuring every customer leaves happy.
- Taking ownership of details and achieving outstanding performance from the team.
- Being proactive in problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
- Driving sales and maintaining productivity.
- Assisting with sales building, sales and labour forecasting.
- Supporting reporting on KPIs.
- Managing recruitment and HR aspects.
- Improving NPS (Net Promoter Score).
Skills and Expertise
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Front of House team member.
- Bar environment experience in serving food and drinks.
- Passion for hospitality.
- Strong drive and resilience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
