Key Responsibilities
- Supporting management team to maintain high standards.
- Delivering exceptional customer service on 14 shifts.
- Leading the team and setting high performance standards.
- Ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Focusing on detail and providing top-quality customer experience.
- Developing the Lounge as a community hub.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in a bar environment, serving food and drinks.
- Hospitality background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
- Supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and literacy.
- Proficient in sales building, forecasting, reporting, recruitment, and HR.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of customer satisfaction (NPS) metrics.
