Front of House Supervisor – Blackpool
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting management team in maintaining exceptional customer experience.
- Leading a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service across 14 shifts.
- Setting high standards and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Focusing on detail and achieving the best possible outcomes for the lounge.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Front of House team member.
- Background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
- Experience in a bar environment with food and drink preparation.
- Passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport.
- Strong attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
- Proficient in sales building, sales and labor forecasting, paperwork and reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Resilient and able to handle pressure.
