Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting management team in maintaining exceptional customer experience.
  • Leading a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service across 14 shifts.
  • Setting high standards and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Focusing on detail and achieving the best possible outcomes for the lounge.

Skills and Expertise

  • Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Front of House team member.
  • Background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
  • Experience in a bar environment with food and drink preparation.
  • Passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills for building rapport.
  • Strong attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
  • Proficient in sales building, sales and labor forecasting, paperwork and reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Resilient and able to handle pressure.
