Key Responsibilities: Planning & Coordination: Organize and plan daily workloads before each shift, working closely with internal colleagues to meet daily deadlines and operational goals. In-Flight Meal Preparation: Assemble all in-flight meals, including special meals, according to client specifications, ensuring that each flight is fully catered. Security Compliance: Place security seals on all storage trolleys and ensure all items are ready for dispatch. Delivery & Communication: Deliver meals and products to aircraft, confirming the menu briefing with the crew to ensure full accuracy and compliance with catering requirements. Cabin Dressing: Ensure suite dressers follow specific client instructions for dressing the cabins as per the clients standards. Packing Standards: Adhere to required airline packing plans, ensuring all items are packed and loaded efficiently. Loading & Unloading: Load airline food and catering supplies onto trucks and aircraft in a safe and timely manner. Problem Solving & Communication: Use effective communication to resolve any issues, minimize delays, and maintain smooth operations. Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks under pressure, lifting and pushing items weighing approximately 50lbs as required. Teamwork & Flexibility: Assist with other departmental duties as needed, working as part of a team to meet collective goals. Adherence to Safety & Standards: Follow all safety measures, inflight service security compliance, and cleanliness standards. Professionalism: Interact with colleagues, customers, and clients in a professional manner at all times. Knowledge and Skills: Essential Qualifications: Full, clean UK driving license. Experience: Minimum of 1 years experience in the airline industry (desirable). Teamwork: Ability to work effectively under pressure as part of a team. Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently. Self-Motivation & Enthusiasm: Ability to work independently and take initiative when required. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a customer-focused approach to service. Operational Awareness: Understanding of HACCP, COSHH, and other relevant industry requirements.
