Finance Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Allocating daily bank entries
- Reconciling daily credit card batches
- Processing cheques, supplier payments, and customer refunds
- Ensuring strict adherence to cash policies to minimise errors
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to contribute to a flexible, positive team culture
- Promoting company values and objectives effectively
- Taking ownership of personal development and presenting confidently to senior management
Skills and Expertise
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
