About the job
We’re looking for a Service Engineer based in South East London. The Service Engineer role holds the responsibility for the technical support of our customers and resolution of ongoing issues when required. You will deliver a quality and reliable service to our customers and colleagues ensuring that reliability issues are dealt in a timely manner, and any issues with van stock or training needs will be reported back to the Regional Service Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure agreed Franke UK Technical Standards and Processes are adhered to
- On Call weekend rota for Engineer Technical Assistance and reactive calls (1 every 4 weekends)
- Highlight Technical skills gap
- Highlight customer skills gap
- Highlight issues where Account Support is required due to ongoing Customer Issues
- Any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities that arise on a day-to-day basis or over a period of time that falls in the remit of the role.
