Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring Carers are trained to the highest standard
• Supporting the branch team with auditing and compliance
• Spot checks and supervisions with Care Assistants
• Meetings with customers to review care plans
• Conducting risk assessments
• Support with on call duties in accordance with the branch team rota

Skills and Expertise

Senior Care Assistant experience is essential. Experience in Domiciliary Care, supervision, and training carers is desirable. Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and customer reviews.

DRIVERS ESSENTIAL – Clean UK driving license, vehicle with valid MOT and insurance.
